By Friday huh? Today was a good start toward reaching that goal. Although to give you credit - it was a horrible day on all the markets.

Dropping $6 sure doesn't help. Did I say 141 this by Friday. Like I said I must be dreaming or hoping, although you never know what an upgrade or two could do (again hoping).

So many mutual funds and big investors have missed out on internet stock craze. I think MSFT is the somewhat conservative investor's
internet stock (PE of about 60 ONLY). They want the gains of internet stocks but are unwilling to take the gamble. This is the best alternative to a Yahoo or Amazon.com or those new IPOs - all of which trade at incredible valuations. I haven't invested in internets stocks except MSFT and AOL. MSFt has good growth, predictable earnings, and dominates the computer industry in general.
This is another reason why MSFT is headed up.

Toy, it is headed upward whether it is this week or next. Momentum investors are getting on board. A stock split is close to certainty.

By the way, when was the last time IBM have a stock split. Trading in the 160s, you would think it would split at least 2 for 1? I do hold some IBM and SUNW stock but am thinking about dumping them at the right price.
