Joe BatsInTheBelfria will say that the market will go up forever because of the collapse of Communism.

MB:

Just for your info: I saw Joe on Nov 17's Nightly Business News. He predicts DOW 9500 this year, and 12000 next year. He also showed one of the anchors his portfolio:

50% in growth stocks
25% in his firm' partnership
15% in real estate
10% in junk bonds

His biggest holding is MRK, which is a defensive drug stock. If he is really so bullish as his prediction, he should put his money in those high flying tech stocks.

MB,>>>...because of the collapse of Communism. Somehow, he will ignore the fact that the world's largest country, second most powerful military machine and fastest growing economy is communist.<<<

Is the growing part of their economy really communist?

I mean you could go to one of their military amusement parks and for X amount of USD you could ride in the latest MIG - or pop some AK47's at politico pop ups. Is that what communism is all about?

It is just the irony of it - nothing more.

Regards,

Mary
