Anyone using Schwab ever have them correct a fill based on terrible service. Couldn't get out of NAVR in any way, shape or form, either by net, automatic phone broker, or even reaching the trade desk (waited about 15-20 minutes before hanging up).

Just wondering if any Schwab customers have had any success in getting fills changed. I sent them a complaint message stating....change it or else.

Thanks

TJ

jim,

with all do respect to you....i do get a lot of PM's from people that when you read their posts you would think they have been around this for a long time....but that is the furthest from the truth...it's pretty sad of some of the stuff i read in PM...i would never mention any names but never the less it's still sad to hear these stories day after day of people losing all their savings in the market.

just like the gentlemen on this thread that wanted to put his retirement money in these stocks today.....TMEX and myself advised him not to...i sure hoped he listened

I'm just guessing, but I would imagine there are 1000 lurkers for every poster on this thread. The TM WSJ article put a lot of eyes on this thread. I'll bet there are alot of people getting home right now
checking the market orders they placed last night and discovering huge losses. The truth is you shouldn't play these volitile stocks if you can't give them your full attention during the day. As Tim said earlier, you will get a 50% haircut (or worse) , especially if you're
using margins to do it.
