Normally they say dems da breaks -- i have had poor execution and when threated they will make up a small sum with future commissions.

Schwab reversal:i had a trade last week where i "apparently" put a sell in for a buy order. called them, they handled it, even made a few bucks based on the screw up. not sure if this will help, but they were happy to do it as a one-time customer service thing.

I too have Schwab, don't what results you will get with your complaints, but don't expect much. I am switching ASAP, have sent in the paper work. The stuff on this tread generally moves too fast for Schwab, has cost me 10's of thousands of dollars today and last week. I'm chalking it up to "tuition" and moving on. On the bright side, in spite of Schwab, I've made more money in the last few days than ever before. :)
