Hi, JJW actually had a hand I believe in getting Guy Clark to record his own songs, and I know JJW recorded some of Clarks stuff, including LA Freeway, and Desperados Waiting for a Train. My favorite JJW song is Hill Country Rain, and Clark song is Desperados. Have to tell you how small the world is. Last week I was in Terlingua,Tx. walking by the Starlight Theatre(restaurant and club)about 4 in the afternoon,the doors were open and Desperados Waiting For a Train was playing on the jukebox(by Clark) and I know JJF did an album called viva Terlingua. haha (not sure if the stars lined up then or not) :o)( private for Silvers!!) dan
