Looks like some of your pals are at it again! Lobbying for influence? LOL!!! Rats Invade County Courthouse (TOWSON) -- Baltimore County is trying to combat a rat problem at the courthouse complex in Towson. Several dead rats have been discovered in gutters surrounding the courthouse garden. County employees have reported seeing rats chasing squirrels through the courthouse plaza. Rat traps have been installed and stainless steel tops are replacing plastic lids on outdoor trash bins. Workers are now emptying the trash bins each afternoon to remove lunch- time leftovers.
