EDLF, I think that you are reading this backwards. The snip you posted is IMO the reason that ITEL wants so badly to merge with DCI. I believe that the merger will save the Nasdaq listing, we shall see. James

ernie, This fact didn't bother me at all. The Company is a good match for the purposes DCI has - here and now. Murphy's due diligence would have made him aware of all issues like this, and yet he moved ahead. There is a reason. Everything he does has a purpose, and we as investors either have got to have a belief that our stock will reward us even more... or not. Those who do not, have exited over the past two or three days. Today on a bloodbath day on Wall Street, DCTC was a stellar performer. That tells us that the non-believers and the momentum traders have exited. If today's Market losses "everywhere" didn't shake them out, I don't know what else would! Colin
