JHA, Interesting perspective you have presented. I will be bold enough to speak on behalf of many who believed that one reason DCTC wanted ITEL was for the back door NASDAQ listing! It appears you see it the other way around or maybe that it is a mutual need, ITEL needs DCTC to keep the listing and DCTC needs ITEL to GET the listing unless DCTC can get a listing without ITEL. If that is the case, I imagine ITEL losing it's listing would be a moot point. VI
