I haven't but would surely look forward to knowing more about this. It shouldn't come as a surprise, however, due tot he economics of local distribution vis a vis transiting bandwidth and other backbone cost factors.

The degree of the limitation would be interesting and useful to know.

i read the story abouty athm's problem
i think it is a typical speed bump
for a new idea/new sector
i will add on this drop
any other plays in this sector?
i am looking at T
if they merge with tci and get athm
could be a safe way to play both sides
