To all:

The header of this thread has 61% ownership of Ticketmaster. Yahoo thread says 70%.

Here is a quote from USAI 10-Q:

"In July, 1997, the Company acquired a controlling interest in Ticketmaster Group, Inc. ("Ticketmaster"). On June 24, 1998,
the Company completed its acquisition of the remaining common stock of Ticketmaster in a tax-free merger by exchanging 1.126 shares of Common Stock for each
outstanding share of Ticketmaster common stock not owned by the Company. "

Did I miss something?

If this stock is hit, my old lady will be really pissed ...
I told her I am in USA Network ...
She punched in the symbol USAN, and it is some tiny company who went up like 50% yesterday, I don't have the heart to tell her that it is USAI ...
