Yes, getting rid of the stores would be a positive move for BAMM, but you won't see them do it. First, there are the leases, which typically run 20 years for free standing big box stores, less for mall stores. Second, there is pride. They will try to fight until the bitter end. It will take a few years until they realize they have a bad business model. By that time it will be too late.
