CD provides the infrastructure for the web presence of Everything4Less, they are the "back end" of the site. Like a big Sams/Costco/Barnes&Nobels/Sears on the web with a low price guarantee. They also have a method of retreiving the closest competitor's price on a product when you are interested in buying it, and if the E4L price is not the lowest, it automatically lowers it right there. IMHO, charging a membership helps insure repeat business, as the members feel a sense of ownership in the store, and also want to make back the membership fee in savings. robb
