WGNR appears to be in the direct broadcast business rather than
cable form the head end to the home. They may not really belong
at the western cable show.

There has been a lot of trading for such a small company.

With Echostar purchasing the satellite stuff from News Corp.
that may be having the effect on WGNR. Now Echostar can sell or
what ever they do with it; and get business moving. WGNR
may play a role.

We still have not heard from the Church LDS. That appears to be a
pending deal with unknown potential. I see from the LDS web sites
that they have churches (branches) all over the place.

The recent sell off of WGNR began yesterday when all the markets
tanked. WGNR just has not resumed its upward trend after the markets
picked back up this afternoon. Hang in there.

Is the preferred stock a voting matter for the stock holders ?

A couple of years ago I heard Harvey Wagner the CFO of PTEK,
formally CFO of Scientific Atlanta (SFA) and Computer Vision say
something that relates to this issue.
And I'll paraphrase:
Companies that do not have money can not borrow. The ones
who have cash can.

He would know because even though SFA did not need the cash; they
increased their ability to borrow with an agreement.
Computer Vision did not have cash and had a very difficult time
raising it when he was there. And I see at PTEK he increased the
credit limit.

For WGNR to create that agreement is smart business.

I vote yes.
