E, It was listed before but very limited float. I think only 100,000 shares were being traded but I can't be sure. Basically there were few if any trades there, most were done on the VSE. I think it was in an area that the NASDAQ got rid of hence they are no longer listed on the NASDAQ. I think you now have to comply with those new rules that I mentioned if you want to be listed on the major boards. They did not meet those requirements so they were de-listed.

As for why people were saying it was going to be listed on NASDAQ you have to ask them about their motives or I am wrong about the rules for NASDAQ. All I know is that for small companies to make it to the big time (especially Canadian) it is extremely difficult now. NNS should try to move to another exchange like the MSE where there is a little more control over brokerage dealings unlike the free for all at the VSE IMVHO.
