Well, yes I think I have more than enough evidence. Here is my post from another thread....

Hey, on Monday I was on hold for one hour and 34 minutes and paying long distance charges trying to get through to UnSureTrade. When I finally got through, I told the broker that answered that 1000 shares too many had been sold of my total 1500 shares in ONSL. This was after I was stiffed on "trying" to trade the day before, and got like half the price of when I attempted to sell the first time. The next day I find that not only have they they sold my 1500 at a shitty price, but they sold 1000 extra shares, and stick me with the responsibility for their mistake. The guy on the phone told me that all this was my responsibility and so forth, then he put me on hold after I explained over and over that I had proof it wasn't my fault and told me to talk to another broker.
I hang up, go back online and find this broker has covered this mistake and it shows the 7K profit in my account because ONSL has tanked. The next day I find that SURETRADE has CHANGED figures in my account to show that I bought and sold the excess shares at the same price. This is just one example of the unbelieveable shit that they pull. I've got some people working on this, so maybe it will turn out o.k.
