The problem is that for some unknown reason CSHK switched from VB5 to VB6... In the latest release of MS development tools, the data access components are distributed during the setup using MDAC_TYP.EXE... Steps were not taken by the developers to make sure that the correct versions of the data access components were included in the setup and properly registered during setup... Simply overwriting your old file with the new one that is required (Version 6.1.8167) will not correct the problem... The file has to be registered properly... The file distributed with the application is not the one you need... You should be able to use REGSVR32 to register the file without having to download the application again or downloading MS Data Access Components... Rhonda, get me the code and I can fix all those annoying little problems with it and have it ready to ship in less then week... Or in the least I can recompile it and have the demo working in about 5 minutes...
