Hi Tomato Man and thanks for passing along that information for all of us. I am in agreement with your statement "I also don't want to tie management's hands. If they see something that they feel is necessary, I want them to have the power to get it. If the shares are not authorized all we have done is condemn the company to stay the same size it is right now for a long time. I say give them the freedom to operate. If you don't trust them, go someplace else and find managers you do trust. I for one have complete trust in MS and the proposed board. They don't need handcuffs, they need room to expand this company", if we do that it will stay a small company in my opinion.

Thanks much and best regards,

Bill Fortune III

TMan,
I am on the same side of the fence with you guys and fully agree with the decision to let management do what they do best and that is make the company grow and us prosper..

I have a suggestion or a request though. Since I and so many others will not be in a position to attend the shareholders meeting to be held soon for obvious reasons, I suggest that one or couple of the attendees kindly summarise or minute the discussions and points raised in the meeting if possible.

That would be greatly appreciated..

Any volunteers ??

Best regards
TMK

Tomato: I agree - give them room. I will add one caveat. Anyone with serious concerns should call, e-mail or write to Michael Sheppard and get his viewpoints in advance of the shareholder's meeting. Choose the horse's mouth over conjecture.
Jim Porter and others have raised reasonable questions concerning the need for, or net result of any dilution. Management's rationale behind any such move is critical information. So give them this much room - the time to speak their minds so we know for sure what this is all about.
