I haven't checked ISP connections lately because Netscape browser runs circles around IE so I assume they are ok.Does each browser have different settings for connections? My resource meter runs around 60% + I am using IE 4.72 SPI......I believe this is the newest but all versions I have used run much much slower then Netscape.

Tried moving task-bar---doesn't help.

Actually, I've gotten quite used to it and it doesn't really bother me anymore except as a nagging curiosity and Microsoft paranoia.
