BlueFox, it says, "...of which $1,050,000 was funded on October 13, 1998." This indicates it HAS begun. And the filing did say the remainder was to be delivered on November 30, 1998. So if this has already begun in process, I think it's safe to say it's in process. Contingencies? Does the remainder of up to 20 million get funded without the merger? I pointed out this as a possibile contingency, even though I don't know whether it is or not. I believe I've qualified my remarks. Moreover, I've cited the data down to the specific page and paragraph.
