Am I the only one here that thinks, in light of the of the recent negative PR pertaining to the delisting of ESVS, we would have seen a PR stating that the remainder of the 20M had been fund on November 30, 1998? That would be good news that is sorely needed, so why not issue a PR?

The issue is not that funding has started. It's the "up to". What does that mean? What did it depend on?
