Excuse me, but doesn't NAVR [or any company] have to file and find a brokerage company to underwrite the IPO before the IPO can take place? If these things have to be done first, how can NAVR make an IPO offering before the end of the year? Or, is it merely the _announcement_ that they intend to have the IPO the news that will get the price of NAVR moving up again? I just need some clarification here. Thanks in advance- Lynn
