Dragging their heels again.

An argument can be made.....that over the last 8 years these markets
have not responded to many fundamental values....except interest rate
changes. Watching the money and where it's going is about the only
clear signal that can determin a trend direction in todays markets.

Because of this I would say the general trend is up towards 10,000.
The Big Players really want this "Campaign Ribbon"....
Then many will retire...>chuckle<
