Only thing I can think of is Tucows, which is not organized just a grabbag of what is out there. That would be one way to advertise. It would not be hard to get programmers to join. What do they have to lose? What many of them need is a beta base and feedback. One the bugz iz on the run they got a loyal following and word of mouth over a wide area. EC<:-}
