My question is who at the company told you that the shares could "sink the company."? Iknow the people at the company personally and would like to know. If you prefer, you can PM me and let me know. The float # of 3 million sounds about right. Has anybody been to the website lately to see if anything is new? The share issue will be resolved by the end of the month when they report. Another question for you...with prices this low, do you think the float still matters a lot? I think all the shares that can be sold by the folks who did the outstanding job of promoting (LOL) ( and suckering Dave out of shares) have been. Garry

My main concern is the convertible debt. I was told that it could be exercised in small pieces but it doesn't seem that restricted. what convertible.... I was told there was no such creature... who says there is now??? and from my estimations the float is closer to 4.5M
