Nick, Sounds like you are getting cold feet. Look past the obvious to the potential. What appears to be huge legal fees could be the very thing that makes this one a huge winner. I think the RIO has the potential of being a high profit margin cash cow for DIMD. DIMD is now offering a low cost but high quality audio card that comes with MP3 software to let you either download songs or make your own from cd player. If it works well, I think things will be looking good. I'm hoping for a short term drop only so I can buy back my shares at a discount.
