You can watch it online: emergingcompany.com To summarize the situation: Oustanding shares about 8 million Float: 1.5 - 2 million Contract from Saudi's may come next week: $10-20 million (if negotiations are successful over the weekend). Could be the beginning of $200 million contracts. Financial audit is complete (as per last PR) by KPMG. Company recently blue-skyed in 40 states (as of 12/1/98). That's it for now.
