Ticketmaster-Citysearch IPO to price a day early

NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Ticketmaster-Citysearch (OTC BB:TMCO - news) has decided to price its initial public stock offering after the close of trading on Wednesday, a day earlier than anticipated, according to lead underwriter NationsBanc Montgomery Securities.

The company plans to offer 7 million shares at $11-$13 a share, up from the original range of $8-$10.

Ticketmaster-Citysearch's deal has been widely anticipated among investors ever since the Ticketmaster online affiliate of USA Networks Inc. (Nasdaq:USAI - news) and Citysearch Inc. announced merger plans last summer.

I would wait for the first 1/2 hours into the trading and then buy it at a limit price (Never and Ever at market price).

I'm playing safe by banking on USAI and MALL instead of playing the IPO. Almost got burned last time on EWBX and TGLO !!!

We will Gap up, no doubt about it. But I have no idea how much, if we move high enough I will sell, and look to get back in on a pullback...
