Colleen...... I talked briefly to the CEO Dave Calkins because his name and phone number were in the header. He said there is some debt. He briefly explained it to me(said it was convertible in small chunks of I believe $10,000 and didn't seem restricted) but said to fax in specific questions. If you have invested in this company why don't you know the exact details of this debt? I love this stock price at this level but will not invest till someone who knows explains the exact form of this debt and someone else confirms it. Lakers

Colleen, I share your concern but everyone up to this point has been told the same as you. God Bless him, I doubt Calkins even knows what a convertible is....unless it is on a car LOL....In my discussion with him he admitted making the mistake of using a promotion company and after further research I found out Reasons aka RG wrote the PR'S. Dave indicated to me that the company has retained an attorney that specializes in stocks, PR, et. Dave is just trying to do what it takes to make his company succeed. I believe him to be a VERY honest man who has a great product and is just trying to get the world to listen to him. I do not think he has anything to do with the stock anymore. Lakers, I understand your concern, but after some of the assholes that have been on this thread, we have become very defensive. If you are not here to bash just be patient with us while we get to know you. There are still a few of us who hold LARGE amounts of this company that really believe...If you have any questions that might be questionable, please PM myself, Colleen, or Chris O'Keefe. All of us are originals and can probably answer your questions. Sincerely, Garry
