Please note my correction. I read that in a faxed market letter which I am almost certain came from Steve Todd of Todd Market Timer; a friend shares three faxed letters with me on an irregular basis; Todd, Sutton and Volume Reversal. Of the three Todd is most bullish and that's why I think it was in his letter. Sorry I didn't keep a copy so I cannot verify. Sorry about the confusion.
