Dennis, do you monitor their upgrade/downgrade record very closely, since I recall you use (or used) them. I tend to be skeptical of most published analyst ratings, and their timing. But I've seen four or five anecdotal reports of ML getting it dead wrong recently. Are they a potential candidate for a contra-indicator in your opinion?
