I would like to warn you fellow SI members about something. I am
long EGGS. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from them. One thing lately has really soured me on
the company and it is not the dip in share price over the last few
days. It is their customer service department. It is absolutely
horrible. If something isn't done soon about the rude nasty women
that inhabit that dept. it will spell serious trouble for EGGS and
severely hamper their long term success.

Have any of you seen the Outpost.com tv ads? I have and they are great. If you don't like somewhat off the wall humor you might not like them, but I nearly died laughing. They have a brick wall with their name on it and a big hole in the second O of outpOst.com. They shoot hamsters out of tha cannon through the hole. The first one misses and hits splat into the wall. It doesn't kill the hamster as they show it run away after it hits the wall, but it is very funny. I think this kind of irreverent humor will work well for your average online buying, computer savvy next generational kind of guy. Which I'm not. guess I'm wierd.
