Congrats on the new thread; looks great.

I have a new job and haven't been around much lately. I think the last time we spoke, APTX was still solvent. I got burned with that one. On the other hand, around the same time I bought a bunch of BFLY (PVTR at the time) warrants at $1, so I guess I can't complain.

I also hold ISWI and UVEW. They both are showing signs of life today based on volume and in ISWI's case, price movement. Would be interested to hear others opinions about these two.

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Churchill Downs Incorporated (Nasdaq
SmallCap: CHDN) and Autotote Corporation (Amex: TTE) announced today the
signing of a letter of intent to merge their Tracknet and NASRIN(TM)
telecommunications business units. The announcement was made by Thomas H.
Meeker, Churchill Downs' president and chief executive officer, and A. Lorne Weil,
Autotote Corporation's chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer.
