Lakers, Just in case you misunderstood me, no one should be lecturing anyone. We should all mutually find a way to get along, try to resolve any differences and understand where each of us are coming from. There doesn't seem to be any real reason here for a blood-letting. As for the convertibles, it's hard to tell for sure when you don't have access to the direct figures or papers. But if you correlate the increase in the outstanding with the amount of the financing, it would seem that we are somewhere between the half to full mark for dilution out of that instrument. The actual number of shares isn't that disturbing, but the consequential drop in price/lack of investor interest is (distrubing). They do have some actual/working products and have assembled a team of 20 employees from this new acquisition. They also are looking for new markets. And as time and resources become available they will work on further developing other products they have already started. Definitely worth doing some research on, and in the least...keeping an eye on it for the coming weeks/months. Watch to see if they will come through on becoming fully reporting with the SEC. Prov
