I've contended from the onset that this stock trades like it's got about 8M in the float... I never believed the 2M story... and now, I guess I finally have the answer... and I'd asked pointed questions to Calkins about this and he denied the existence of any convertibles... I tracked down about 6M to the float and this additional 2M that Prov said exists puts the float right about what I always figured ... I can live with this... but I just don't want any more surprises... I was also told that the payment of shares for the one "acquisition" were locked up for 5 years... I hope this story doesn't change, too.
