Mike,

Last time I checked we had a current float of 9,930,255. Restricted is 12,480,000. Total outstanding is 22,410,255. There is a theory that 4 million of the current float is locked up. If I had to say worst case scenario from this convertible, I would say probably somewhere near 24 to 25 million will be outstanding when this particular instrument fully executed. So that would be an additional 1.5 to 2.5 million to the current float. Strictly by the numbers, it isn't so bad/ugly...but because there is such little interest or demand in terms of the market, it is causing us to stagnate at current levels. That's the worst case scenario IMO for the debentures.
