Hi-- We have no disagreement what-so-ever. Never inferred you were pro-telco. My point was that the entrenched telcos have absolutely no track record in ANY consumer affair or service or enhancement and that includes ALL of it-- ISDN, DSL, whatever. They need a rude awakening and if that occurs via CLEC's, your cable company or other competitive by-pass operation, so be it. To be fair to the cable folks, the technology is new and that is why they have trials. DSL will be exactly the same and will have setbacks in the real world--Wanna wager on that ?? ;-)) Curt...
