>>>Since I don't know the history maybe you could tell me what led to the 52 wk high of 32 something?

Short 'n' Sweet..

The 52 week high, all time high came on hopes that we were done buying out competitors, Intuits' On Line Bill Pay..etal...and getting ready to implement a new system called genesis which CKFR had been working on for 2 years? Genesis is the begining...for ckfr it consolidates all their systems and processing centers around the country into on platform.

We all thought, they "ckfr" that once this platform was completed(Jun 98) that processing economies would be immediate...however even though we are ready...come on MF type attitude. The Banks were NOT. So we blew to this all time high in expection that when we were ready so would they, our banks, our customers?...NOT....with Y2K...and basically being stupid to the Paridigm Shift IMO everything is has been pushed back.

They, the banks....looked over their shoulder...with that hesitation on their marketing push, checkfree cut earning in 1/2. That is really basis on the senerio...there is a lot more behind it but that is overview. We were early...all of us.
