Someone ought to call IR and ask if Paulsen has sold his shares or has just registered his shares for sale. This is very important. If he just registered the shares that means he has most likely not sold and after today will most definitely wait until after the IPO or do something to bring up the stock. He has seen the stock go down more the 50%? since his filing date. That definitely puts a big dent in the wallet.

Even if Paulson didn't sell the 200k on 27 and 30 of Nov., he filed intent to do so didn't he? I don't know if he sold or not, but it looks like he intended to and the statements he released on the 25 really pumped up the value of a trade a few days later. Much to his benefit. Anyways, I sent an inquiry to the SEC.

Neil agreed the newsalert release is extremely misleading--it is my understanding that forms 144 are ONLY to announce intention to sell at a LATER date---so this other entry in the newsalert saying fait accompli--sold Nov27 and 30th(the two BIG days) is extremely controversial---I am myself not holding at this time---but this newsalert item the way it is stated may cause a major collapse in the price tomorrow-- and if proven wrong will cause then a huge rally-- I will attempt to find time to follow this tomorrow closely---if I was paranoid,I would think the newsalert item worded as it is,is a short manipulation--but I am assured shorts never do things like this:) Max90
