I hope you discover I am completely wrong, but I thought the way it worked was that by filing he announced intent to sell and the share value is that of nov.27/30 I would much prefer to learn that this is not the case.

Max, I hold that the newsalert wire was the cause for collapse today and will have much less impact tomorrow. As I recall, the stock was down less than 2 for most of the day. It may have added another -2 based on the news wire. The news was released prior to market close and the movers and shakers knew even earlier, thus the heavy selling in final hour. The newswire might have misidentified a form 4 (sold) as a form 144 (intent to sell). The form 4 will have to be filed by December 10 if the alledged sale occurred in Nov. In any event, if the above has any merit then tomorrow may be a brighter day since much of the unwarrented impact of the news was shouldered today.
