Well if that is the case why would they bother to entertain the thought of including Redox is this consortium.The release said that the group consists of diverse technology,financial and marketing entities.Maybe there in lies the answer.I sure would like to know what Octobot consists of. BillQ

Dude A friend of mine who is not a member of SI wants me to post this for him. I would like to respond to the Texas Dude : First of all on the autonomy issue: I sure wouldn't want these individuals to dilute the stock and have controlling interest... it sure is not going to help me has a stock holder. Capitalization structure: I surely wouldn't want this group to control my assets and where I place my capital....they could drain the company financially!! Business endevours: Again, I sure wouldn't want somebody dictating to me of who I can do business with and who I can't... I believe that is what Mr .Szymanski as always stressed to his shareholders... he wants complete control of this technology !! Finally, please show me where Szymanski and the board have sold any of their shares. Also, show me what you know about this Octobot Technology group and prove to me that they don't exist... Simple question, especially if you are going to slam this company that you do not know anything about ?

Another reply from my friend: Texas Dude: Again you don't support any of your post.... show me where the insider have sold any of their share.... you state that it is being controlled by insiders show me this... All insider have to report their activities to the SEC....show me where szymanski, Douglas or anybody sold their shares.... second their are no more outstanding shares in the company, all are being publicly traded from one share holder to the next..... Again show me proof Dude or who ever you are... Second if you know anything about accounting you can carry a technology or patents at any values on your books... it is a intangible asset until it is sold, than it becomes a cash value..... than the actual figure can be added to the books If you look at the 10q Szymanski has been using his owns funds to keep this company afloat .... it all in the documents.... Again, you have posted negative comments on this company and continue too, without any supported evidence. Talk is cheap Also, I do agree with Walmart so you can't be half bad !
