This from Schwab: 08:45 ET Internet IPO Prices: Shares of Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch (TMCS) priced at $14, above the revised $11-$13 range and well ahead of the original $8-$10 range. TMCS is a unit of USA Networks (USAI). The shares will begin trading this afternoon. •08:42 ET Excite Inc (XCIT) 49 3/8: Merrill Lynch analyst Jonathan Cohen raises near-term rating from "neutral" to "accumulate." XCIT indicated 2 1/2 pts higher on the move. •08:37 ET Market Indication: Broader market indicated slightly higher on heels of coordinated rate cut by European central banks.
