Quotes are back, which is good. I haven't heard from Zap yet that they are accepting orders, but I suspect that is forthcoming. Open Outcry on the mini? Hmmm....I would love to be at the CME to see that. The mini guys are perched on three or four banks of stairs (for lack of a better term...actually more like ledges) above the SPOO pit. They basically watch the hand signals in the pit all day and run the mini off the the computers in front of them. If they go to open outcry it will be all these guys standing around on the stairs going up watching each other and turning their heads to watch the SPOO pit.
