I am SO pleased to see civility returning to the thread... has anybody found out anymore information about the powerX? This really intrigued me a lot.

we can all hang our hat on and the naysayers won't admit. If PanAmerican were a scam, would the SEC have allowed them to open Insider Trading and issued them a license to trade through IT.

Roger, first of all it's the NASD. Second of all it is Gold Country Securities, not IT that is registered to trade with them. IT is a client of Gold Country Securities, fronting them to the consumer. So there is no real reason to draw any conclusion about IT being legitimate or not based on SEC or NASD action or inaction. All it says is that Gold Country Securities has satisfied NASD registration requirements. I know you want to read more into it, but your conclusion is unfounded and misleading.
