Monitor Source: ArmadilloBros/MasterRepair reports unsure of if/when Viewsonic rebuilt shipment will occur... Suggestions as to alternative sources for cost-efficient sources for large monitors welcome. Thank you. Dan, thanks for the memory links! Paul

Hi Dan, I'm gathering up components for my first BUILD. BH6/300A. Your thought please regarding how best to utilize, AGP-slot-, Video Card, Sound,Other?,I don't plan on dual Monitors for now. ISA-slots-, Slow moving devices, Other? PCI-slots-, Hard drives,CDROM, Sound card, Other?. Oops, I believe there are Ports on MB for these. I'm not into Games, Graphics, Photo etc:, Just PC Quote, ICQ charts, SI and e-mail. Are we moving towards AGP Slot MB's for the future? Hard Drives. We have IDE, EIDE, EIDE ULTRA-ATA, UDMA/33, EIDE ULTRA-DMA/33. ( not into SCSI for now ) Have you have a preference here? Brands? How about the Integrated-Controller/Interface: ATA-4, or -1, -2, -3 or -5.? Will be back to you in a couple weeks Re: MB & MEMORY Thanks for your thoughts, /jw
