I really never liked what Herb does. While he does not own or short stocks I bet his buddies at thestreet.com sure do. He does influence stock prices. I will stick with it until the news breaks on the e-warehouse.

Interesting Bill, I find the timing makes me wonder? Why didn't
he write the article this past summer when the stock was higher??
I think your strategy wise and have mirrored, however, I'm seeing this as a speed bump...after all unless we are misled, the numbers
should tell the tale so to speak, and there is no question that dvd
sales are ramping up and will should be hearing something about the warehouse soon.

My best guess is the pornographic reference could alienate "sensitive" investors, but, the truth is most are concerned with making money and rewarding shareholders, adult entertainment has a
very large market cap...gee, I wonder why???

In reference to the financial aspects you mentioned, perhaps you could clarify for me...wasn't that the result of diminishing ld sales and the ensuing crossover to the current business plan? I really am unsure of what is being implied here by his article...the 10-Q was amended was it not? Is there anything wrong with that? The discussion of a 3rd in command torching his auto and connecting it to Greenwald
by inference????

I have not read the whole article yet and base my thoughts on your comments..Thanks Bill for pointing out the Street.com to me...maybe I'll think different after reading the article.

One last point...what difference should it make that he (Greenwald) was ceo of an adult entertainment company at one point in his career?
Afterall don't the "polls" suggest that the American people don't mind "adulterous" activity in the "White House"? Go figure...

For Greenburg to pull something out of the files that is 8 years old is ridiculous (the pornography issue).

IE submitting the amended quarterly reports as the more accurate and updated information became available is quite commendable, IMO. Obviously, IE is trying to keep everything squeaky clean for the 2ndary offering. The good news is that creditor felt that a waiver was prudent. The better news is that as of the date of the amendment, IE has come back within compliance.

For those that have held on for so long, for crying out loud, don't bail out just before the 1st Christmas where player sales will leap!
