Bob, From what I understand concerning PowerX / NHLT /ESVS is that the deal, if it happens, would only be for marketing over the internet. The deal would not be for exclusive marketing, only over the internet. I believe the deal is still on the table. With the Ecommerce deal going south and the delisting of ESVS, I don't know where it will go. I will try to find out more.
