K6-2-400 is almost certainly faster than Pentium II 450 on Winstone 98 business test.
From anandtech.com (December 2)
Intel Pentium II 400............. 25.6
AMD K6-2 400 (CXT Core) 26.8 (4.7% faster)

Anand has no Pentium II-450 results, but look at CPU shootout at
tomshardware.com
and you'll find that Pentium II-450 is only 1.9% faster than then 400!
