To all who are sending in their votes, remember they
are firm and you cannot change your mind between the
time you mail and the time of the meeting. Voting
on the internet may allow us to wait until close to the
meeting to submit our vote. I wonder how late we can
vote online and still have it count. Maybe there is
a cutoff date for the online votes. (And by voting
online you will save the 32 cent stamp. (gg))
Please be sure of your vote as we are still to receive
the audited 97 and unaudited 98 reports.
If anyone has further info on the online thing please post.
Regards,
Dan

FNTN Fanatics - Proxy

Re (2) To approve an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of Common Stock which the Company shall have the authority to issue from 25,000,000 shares of a par value of $.001 per share to 50,000,000 shares of a par value of $.001 per share as recommended by the Company's Board of Directors;

Are we supposed to just approve the doubling of shares with no prior information?

re (4) To consider and approve the adoption of an Incentive Stock Option Plan for the Company; and

Sure, let's adopt a Incentive Stock Plan when we haven't seen any progress in a long time. Besides, since we already doubled the shares authorized in # 2 above, we can grant them great incentives at this bargain basement price.

P.S.

Re MS's reply on the Bull <The item that is asking for authorization of both common and preferred stock
is just that an authorization so that we have the shares available for
possible future funding, acquisitions and the ISOP.

Yes, the ISOP; that was very nebulous. Incentive Stock Ownership Plan (ISOP) let's just put that last and hope they are stupid. I am tired of getting humped by small and large companies alike. Time to see the friendly Proctologist.

Heyy Guy,
Thank you for typing all of that, so yes as rather loudly said through silence there was/is no written explanation. Out of curiosity was there
any biographical information on the individuals being suggested for
Board positions? Was there any elaboration on what the ISOP will be?, eg: how many shares?, who is eligible?, are there any restrictions on these shares?, what will the option price be tied to?, etc.
These are not deep questions, one can take any proxy package and see that this kind of information is always provided. Actually I am wondering if this proxy is even legal in terms of disclosure rules, will have to look into that.
Still no proxyette here. AMBTS,,Barbara
