Thanks Jay and Last for clarifying that for me. Just to make sure I have this right, NAVR would have been a buy at 9 3/4 and was a sell at 7 1/16. A full is when it's higher or lower than yesterday's high or low, respectively. A modified is when it is only higher than the close or lower than the close. One more stupid question how do you know whether to buy or sell the gap, are you just waiting to see which stop it hits. Should you short a modified gap or only full gaps? I hope I have made some sense. Thanks again for the help.
