It may be worth that much in terms of straight mkt cap, but I highly doubt it'll reach that level in the real world. I mean, if USAI unloads it's 61% share onto the market, they're not going to get $60/sh for it. So that's why holding companies trade at a discount, and this is going to be a huge discount.
